British Sea Power are set to reissue their classic debut, The Decline of British Sea Power, on their own Golden Chariot imprint on June 8, 2015. Aside from offering the album itself on multiple formats, the band is reissuing an incredible amount of bonus material.
The 2 CD package includes the the original studio album, as well as a whole host of b-sides.
The album is also being reissued on vinyl–a format it hasn’t been available on for some time.
The band is also releasing “The BSP Handbook”, a 2 CD and DVD set that includes the re-mastered version of the original studio album, b-sides and a DVD featuring rare and unseen British Sea Power footage. An incredible book is part of the package as well–that will feature unseen photos and other images, plus a new British Sea Power narrative from Roy Wilkinson, author of the BSP-themed memoir Do It For Your Mum.
British Sea Power are playing select shows and festivals in the UK throughout 2015.
